A deposit of £150 will be required before receipt of the keys. Once the keys have been returned to us after your trip and, dependant on breakages and damage to the property, your £150 deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel your trip with less than 6 weeks notice, the £150 deposit will be forfeit.
